2. Platform Purpose
TCN connects talent, mentors, and hiring partners. We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., job placement, hiring success).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Engage respectfully
- Not misuse the platform
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and activity.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed via Stripe
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
6. Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant TCN permission to display it on the platform.
7. Prohibited Use
No:
- Fraud
- Harassment
- Misrepresentation
8. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts for violations.
9. Liability
TCN is provided "as is." We are not liable for outcomes from connections made on the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time.
